These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the HVAC services provided by Furnace Everett Pros LLC. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates and pricing
All quotes are flat-rate and provided in writing before work begins. Diagnostic fees are disclosed at booking. Emergency after-hours dispatch fees are quoted before we dispatch. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 4 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a $75 trip fee if a technician is en route.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been approved in advance. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, ACH, and approved financing.
4. Warranty
- Repairs: parts and labor warranted for 1 year unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
- Installations: 10-year manufacturer parts warranty (registered by us) and 2-year labor warranty.
- Warranties cover defects in workmanship or parts, not damage from misuse, power surges, floods, unauthorized modification, or lack of routine maintenance.
5. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment. If a job site is unsafe (structural, electrical, biohazard), we may decline service and charge a trip fee.
6. Limitation of liability
Except as required by Washington law, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
